Prints are custom made to order and shipped in 1-3 business days, from Italy.
Prints are unframed and unmated.
Shipping within Europe normally takes 5-10 business days (7-12 days). Shipping to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 8-13 business days (10-15 days).
I am happy to combine postage costs for multiple items, please let me know before purchasing.

Please note that colors may vary due to monitor settings.

- Delays on delivery: please note that, even if I would like, I can't control postal or Country of destination's Customs delays and I'm not responsible for them. Also shippings can become slower in some times of the year (ie.: Christmas, etc.)

- Parcel sent back to the sender: if a parcel is "sent back to the sender" by the recipient's postal service/courier/postman for any reason, and the address I wrote on it, is correct (the one provided by the buyer), he will have to pay for the reship once the parcel will be received back. But it is a very rare event ;)

- Damages on shipping: I do my best to make the safest packages so you will receive your items in perfect conditions. In the rare case of a damage occurred during shipping, feel free to contact me.

- Taxes on imported goods: some Countries have taxes on imported goods: the customer is responsible for paying these taxes in their own country (it is only for some countries; ie.: for USA, taxes are NOT charged if the value of the imported goods is less than US$800; for European Countries, there are NO customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the EU, and I ship from Italy).

- For any other issue, feel free to contact me, we will work together to solve it! :)

For no customized orders: I would like you to be happy with your purchase! But if you are unhappy with it, please contact me and you can return it (unused and in the same condition that you have received it, within 14 days). When I will receive the item back, I will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping charges. You will be also responsible for the return shipping costs.

For personalized orders, I’m sorry, but in case a customer cancel his order after I already started the work and before shipping, I will refund the cost minus a 50% deposit that cover the costs of materials and time invested.
Personalized items already shipped can't be refunded; thank you for understanding!
